Offsite Framework
In January 2020, the DfE launched the £3bn Offsite Framework, also known as the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC1) Framework. It is the next step in the evolution of school buildings and uses the next generation in standardised school design. It can be used for procurement by local authorities, dioceses and academy trusts.
Construction Framework
The construction framework is available to local authorities, schools, academies, FE colleges, universities, and other public bodies which provide educational and ancillary community facilities in England. The construction framework may also be used by other contracting authorities for the purposes of delivering their requirements in terms of wider publicly funded non-education buildings in England.
CCS Construction Works and Associated Services Framework delivers a wide range of major and minor building and civil engineering projects for central government and the wider public sector. It enables public sector organisations and their arm’s-length bodies to access all types of building and civil engineering works. The Framework runs from October 2019 until October 2026.
This is a set of procurement agreements used to deliver construction, legal and operational services across the justice estate. Bowmer and Kirkland works across Framework B, projects from £5m - £10m in value and Framework C, projects in excess of £10m.
This framework is designed to ensure competitive pricing, drive savings and improve efficiencies. It is available to all public sector organisations including NHS, local authorities, educational establishments, the emergency services and others.
Procure 23 (P23) is the fourth generation of the Procure Framework for the design and construction of NHS capital projects, with an expected cumulative spend of £9bn during its lifespan. P23 enables NHS clients to quickly access experienced and proficient partners to
support excellence and all aspects of NHS capital project delivery. P23 complies with the UK Government's Outsourcing and Construction Playbooks.
