Bowmer + Kirkland (B+K) will host its first fringe event alongside UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) in May 2026, inviting clients, investors and industry partners to connect during the UK’s leading real estate and infrastructure gatherings.
Alongside the main event, which is held at the Royal Armouries Museum, a large number of fringe events take place across the city, playing a vital role in creating networking opportunities alongside the main event.
B+K’s UKREiiF Fringe event will take place on 19th and 20th May at the Lock Kitchen & Bar, located within the DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds city centre. The venue offers a convenient and easily accessible location for attendees travelling to and from the conference, through the city’s railway station or water taxi route.
The event will serve as a central hub for B+K’s national teams, including its specialist fit-out division YourSpace, providing an opportunity for attendees to discuss live projects, explore investment and regeneration opportunities, and strengthen partnerships across the built environment.
Matthew Cruttenden, Director at Bowmer + Kirkland, said: “This is the first time the business has hosted a UKREiiF fringe event, and we’re excited to bring together our clients and connections in a relaxed setting, creating opportunities for conversations and collaboration alongside the main conference.”
