Power Park is located on the site of the old Imperial Tobacco factory on Thane Road, Nottingham.
Power Park is a speculative development by HBD to create 426,000sqft of high quality B1/B8 warehouse accommodation to service the distribution and logistics demand across the East Midlands region. The development consists of 6 new buildings with internal areas ranging from 32,500sqft up to 145,000sqft with clear heights to underside of haunch ranging from 8m to 15m.
Warehouse floor slabs were designed to cater for a UDL of 50KN/m2 and 90KN racking leg point load. Slabs were finished to achieve FM2 / AR1 rating in accordance with TR34. All units were provided with both level access doors and loading docks to facilitate a wide range of end user requirements.
Each unit contained an office area of approximately 5% of the overall area. Offices were fitted out to Cat A standard including finished core areas with open plan office areas adjacent
