Our housebuilding company Peveril Homes has been shortlisted in the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards. The Derbyshire-based company has been nominated in the Small Residential Development and Housebuilder of the Year categories. For the Residential Development of the Year (under 100 units), they have put forward their Woodcroft development, situated in the village of Moira on the Leicestershire-Derbyshire border. Woodcroft sits in the National Forest and boasts 84 new-build properties including 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom houses and bungalows and a range of 5-bedroom lodge-style homes unique’ to anything else in the local area – Peveril Homes’ ‘grand design’ houses. Properties include both rental and shared ownership affordable housing as well as homes suited to first-time buyers, retired individuals, families and professional couples. For the Housebuilder of the Year category, Peveril Homes nominated three developments – The Paddocks at Packington, Heritage Park at Tutbury and Woodcroft at Moira. All the developments are uniquely designed to combine seamlessly with their individual surroundings. Peveril Homes is renowned for building quality residential developments throughout the Midlands. The Insider Awards finals take place in November.
