The huge site in Warrington that will be home to the new £118 million distribution centre for T J Morris, can clearly be seen in this photograph. We have started installation of 12,000 driven pre-cast concrete piles, which will support a high bay warehouse, low bay warehouse and office facility for the company behind the successful Home Bargains brand. Gross internal floor areas of both warehouses will total 830,000 sq ft; the high bay will reach 34 metres and the low bay 22.5 metres in height. The project, which is split into five sections, started on site in May and will be completed by January 2025
