High flying North West region takes offices at Altitude

news image

The success of our North West region has meant a move to larger, more substantial offices in a prime location near Manchester Airport. With significant growth in recent years and some exciting projects in the pipeline, the time was right for the division to move to a new location, which provides more space for growing staff numbers, easy access to major transport networks and excellent car parking facilities for staff and visitors. Paul Sykes, Commercial Director for the North West, said: “We have outgrown our current premises at Christie Fields and our growth looks set to continue in the short to medium term, so the time was right to move. “The new offices at Altitude on Atlas Business Park, adjacent to Manchester Airport, are exactly what we are looking for. Our North West office covers the major cities of Manchester, Liverpool and the surrounding areas and Altitude is ideally placed to enable us to service our growing number of clients.” Our NW region is currently constructing the Holiday Inn Express at Trafford Park – Manchester’s first modular built hotel. Forthcoming projects include a health and well-being centre in Altrincham for client, City Branch and a new office block and multi-storey car park in Colwyn Bay for developers Muse. They are also about to start on a fourth scheme for student accommodation expert, Unite, with further similar projects in the pipeline. The move will be complete by Monday March 13 when all Bowmer + Kirkland's North West staff will be based at: 1st Floor Altitude Building, Atlas Business Park, Manchester, M225HF Tel: 0161 493 1880
