Our Western team will hold a Degree Apprenticeship open evening at the Watershed in Bristol on Monday 24th November 2025 at 5:30pm.
The team has a range of construction related degree apprenticeships available for 2026 covering numerous job roles including site management, quantity surveying and design management. The team's sub-contractors will also be in attendance with opportunities covering masonry, fire protection, joinery, roofing and groundworks.
We're inviting school-leavers and their parents/carers to attend the event to gain a clear understanding of what our Degree Apprenticeships involve, explore the range of courses on offer and speak directly with both current and past apprentices and senior staff to help students gain a clear understanding of the process and determine the best path for them.
Our Degree Apprenticeship Scheme is fully funded, students will earn a full-time salary, gain hands-on experience whilst studying for a degree and will complete their course without student debt and a professional qualification.
Emma Hibbert, Commercial Manager and member of the Bowmer + Kirkland Training Board, which organises the annual careers event, said; “Our Bristol open evening is a hugely worthwhile event for youngsters who are leaving school or college in 2026 or 2027 and considering a career in construction and want to find out more about the company and the exciting projects that the team is currently delivering in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
“Bowmer + Kirkland is dedicated to training and development, supporting staff and encouraging a diverse and inclusive workforce to ensure that everyone reaches their full potential, this combined with the exciting, high-profile projects that we work on across a wide range of sectors, makes it an excellent place to work.”
