We have some exceptional women within the Bowmer + Kirkland family and today we celebrate them all. On International Women’s Day 2024 the theme is #inspireinclusion and the message is clear – let’s forge a more inclusive world. Women are at every level of our company – directors, project managers, site managers, design managers, CAD technicians, engineers. estimators, quantity surveyors, accountants, secretaries document coordinators, social value managers, database managers, bid managers, PR business development and HR – all competent, hard-working women in the traditionally male-dominated construction industry.
