We have been successful in winning a place on the High Value Framework of the North West Construction Hub. The frameworks of the North West Construction Hub are designed to encourage long-term relationships between clients and contractors. This efficiency led model results in less waste and less duplication, giving better value for money to local authorities. Bowmer + Kirkland secured places on two lots of the High Value Framework and will now be in line to deliver projects valued between £8m–£15m and £15m–£35m. Previous clients of the North West Construction Hub include Merseyside Police, Manchester Metropolitan University, and Alder Hey Hospital. Our existing experience in national framework delivery for the Department for Education will now be blended with the regional expertise of our North West office. Within the past three years, our Manchester based team has delivered a variety of schemes including student accommodation, hotels, and offices across the public and private sectors.
