Prior to his promotion to Commercial Director, Will worked across all aspects of the commercial function in the Northwest overseeing financial delivery of live projects alongside contractual and commercial matters within pre-construction.
Since his promotion he has maintained his hands on approach to commercial management whilst also developing, supporting and managing a team of twenty-five Quantity Surveyors working across the Northwest region. He is recognised for his pragmatic approach to facilitating a route to contract along with his attention to detail whilst always striving to provide best value and a flexible service to our Clients.
Will has held chartered status for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2008
