Phil joined Bowmer and Kirkland on a 12-month placement as part of studying for his Construction Management BSc degree at Northumbria University, where he graduated with a First Class Honours in 2010.
He began his career as a Trainee Engineer and over 18-years at B+K has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience working on some complex schemes. Phil’s focus turned to Scotland in 2014 when he relocated to Edinburgh. His proactive approach, professionalism, and drive to succeed provided Phil with the opportunity to lead the Scottish Region when he was appointed Construction Director – Scotland in 2024.
Away from work Phil enjoys spending time with his wife Alexanda, family and friends and has a keen interest in F1, Golf and Cricket.
