Overview

Michelle joined the group in 1989 as a Trainee Management Accountant

She studied for her accountancy qualifications with the support of the group and qualified as an Associate Chartered Management Accountant in 1992.

She was Management Accountant, Group Accountant and Group Financial Controller before her appointment to the Group Finance Director in 2012.

Away from work she regularly competes in triathlons. Between events, she fits in regular training, fitness work at the gym and has a love of gardening.
