He was promoted to Director in 1999 and subsequently Managing Director in 2004. His commitment to intuitive design, quality installation and key client partnering has seen the company grow into a market leader in the building services field.
In 2002 Mark was appointed Director of iBMS, followed by Non-Executive Director of Group companies KeyClad, B+K Structures and BK Hybrid Structures in 2016.
Mark undertakes a leadership role for Munro Building Services, Innovare Offsite and Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning having successfully managed their acquisitions and integration into the Group in 2018, 2023 and 2024 respectively.
His passion for training saw him join the East Midlands Apprentice Ambassador Network in 2013 where he promotes and educates companies, schools, and individuals alike on the benefits of apprenticeships.
Mark was appointed to the Main Board of Directors in September 2022.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys travelling, watching sports, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
