Leading our industrial and logistics pre-construction team, with nearly 25 years of experience, Jon has delivered millions of square feet of logistics space for major clients including Tesco, NEXT, Morrisons, and Ocado, plus many of the sector's specialist Developers. Known for his hands-on, pragmatic approach, he has always played a key role in managing complex projects from design to delivery.
He joined the business in 1987 as a apprentice quantity surveyor. In the late 90s was invited to join the company's Design & Build team working as a Design Manager and has since been responsible for the commercial and design management aspects of some of Bowmer + Kirkland's most prestigious projects.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys clay pigeon shooting, photography, and supporting Derby County Football Club.
