Providing consistent leadership across our Frameworks

James has delivered more than £2.4bn of projects through frameworks, whilst ensuring that 100% of these projects were delivered both to time and cost.

He joined Bowmer + Kirkland in 2014 as joint leader of our Frameworks Team with Chris Arno.

James is a thorough leader and is responsible for all operational, commercial and technical requirements of our framework clients, ensuring we deliver a consistent approach to our financial processes offering leadership, training and sharing best practice across all frameworks.
