Gus began his career in the construction industry with a modern apprenticeship in joinery and carpentry in 1997. After completing his apprenticeship, he pursued quantity surveying at West Nottinghamshire College and Nottingham Trent University, achieving a first-class honours degree and the CIOB award for outstanding performance. He became a Member of the CIOB in 2008, a Member of the RICS in 2013, and achieved Fellow status of the RICS and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2022.
As a Regional Director, Gus leads the North Midland and Yorkshire region, ensuring the highest level of customer service and proactive leadership.
In his spare time, he coaches two grassroots football teams, enjoys motorsport, Formula 1, golf, the gym, and spending time with his family and dog.
