A striking scheme including 496 apartments across two connected blocks of 12 and 14 storeys, catering for students at Coventry University and University of Warwick.
Vita Students’ Copper Towers are a fantastic addition to Coventry skyline. The high-end development features a three-storey curved podium at ground level with two sculptural towers clad with a unique copper coloured aluminium finish and provides space for communal study, fitness, social areas, courtyard gardens and 102 cycle storage bays.
Our scope of works for this project included the management of design from RIBA Stage 2, partnering with the client to develop this high-quality, bespoke development. We Supported the client to achieve funding for the project and accelerated the pre-construction programme and phased handover strategy to facilitate the arrival of students for the new academic year.
