Nash Court is a new lab-enabled office space for Advanced Research Clusters (ARC) on the existing Oxford South Business Park.
The scheme is 4-storeys, 119,210sqft, with a complex façade that consists of a pre-cast concrete lattice, handset brickwork, terracotta cladding and aluminium rainscreen cladding.
The project also boosts a fourth storey amenity space for occupants. Nash Court is targeting BREEAM Excellent and has an embodied carbon target of <1000kgCO2e/m2. The façade is design on fabric first principles, targeting an air permeability of 3m3/(h.m2)@50Pa, furthermore it is pushing for a low operational carbon performance via an expansion PV array.
