The project provided commercial office accommodation with CAT A fit- out on the site of the demolished Odeon Cinema.
The building was created to be a destination office. To reflect this, the entrance hall is suitably large, creating interest and excitement to the adjacent streets. The building was designed to allow for flexibility and adaptability whilst providing office accommodation for either a single occupier or for multi-tenant use. The Landmark project delivered a 16722m2 of Net Lettable Area, including cycling facilities, secure car parking for 50 vehicles and a feature terrace on the 11th floor.
The façade of Landmark constitutes high specification precast concrete panels and coordinated curtain walling elements to provide a seamless multi-faceted solution, in keeping with the high-profile location within Manchester. The office spaces are served by a VRF system, with full daylight-controlled lighting. The building allows for generous tenant fit out space both at roof plant level, through riser coordination and down to the future generator space provision. The building will achieve a current BREEAM 2011 score of Excellent. The building has strong digital connectivity with a WiredScore Platinum Certification
