Share project

Following the success of Hotel Indigo, Manchester development and Holiday Inn Express, Trafford Park, B+K were appointed to deliver the design and construction of a 5-storey 75 – bed Indigo hotel incorporating a lightweight steel frame, brick, cladding, glazed façade and associated external works.

The development also includes a fine dining restaurant on the ground floor occupied by the Manchester-based ‘Wood’ brand, founded by MasterChef winner Simon Wood. The site is located on the very busy Grosvenor Park Road, Chester and is part of the conservation area to the edge of the city centre.

The site was previously used as a petrol station which was demolished in 1991. Neighbours to the site include St Werbughs Church and residential properties.
