Goods Yard is an exciting mixed-use development which has created a vibrant new community in Stoke-on-Trent. Our team delivered the scheme for Capital & Centric on behalf of City of Stoke Council.

As part of Goods Yard Living, we delivered more than 170 design-led rental flats with a mix of one, two and three bed homes with a number of flats featuring private gardens, plus lots of amenities incorporated include a café, gym and other conveniences.

The works included the coordination of enabling works, the demolition of non-historic sheds and the conservation of heritage buildings which included the reinforcement of a vaulted basement to support the scheme’s Pavillon area, a contemporary building with an industrial feel which will be used for commercial and leisure uses, whilst adopting a low carbon strategy throughout the project.

Goods Yard has delivered £25m in social value exceeding the target of £17m with key activities including the engagement of more than 1000 youngsters on site and spent £3.4m locally.
