This project comprised of the redevelopment of the site of the former Peterborough East Railway Station and sidings to provide 90,000 square feet of new high quality office accommodation.
The existing Grade II listed engine shed will be extensively refurbished and remodelled to provide approximately 30,000 sqft of office accommodation with public realm and retail units to the western end. Alongside the engine shed and substantial new extension will be constructed to provide a further 60,000sqft of office space over three floors.
Externally a new 411 space multi-storey car park will be constructed with a further 79 spaces in a new grade car park to the Eastern end of the site. Extensive new public realm infrastructure, landscaping and paved areas will be provided across the site.
The project achieved a BREEAM assessment with a Very Good rating.
