Aberdeen International Business Park is strategically located on one of the most prominent sites in Aberdeen. The development provides unrivalled prominence, connectivity and standards of Office accommodation for the international business community.

The 40-acre site, is situated on Dyce Drive, directly adjacent to Aberdeen’s International Airport on the principal link road between the Airport and the Aberdeen Western Periphery Route A96.

The first phase of this 1 million sq. ft. development consisted of 400,000 sq. ft of three interlinking four storey buildings with associated hard and soft landscaping areas including a decked car park. The primary function of these Buildings being the provision of clean, flexible class 4 office accommodation, allowing for maximum efficiency and flexibility.

The internal works comprise of a full Cat B high quality fit out including dry lining to perimeter bulkheads, atrium, stairwells and formation of meeting rooms, offices, stores, internet shopping, café, restaurant, gym, squash courts large dance / fitness studios and sports hall etc. There are also a number of glazed screens incorporated again to form the meeting room and office space. Ceilings consist of lay in grid and MF Systems and each building has a feature timber ceiling to the central circulation area.

The first building included the main reception, offices and meeting rooms. Building two holds the main restaurant and a commercial kitchen facility and build three is the ‘Leisure Hub’ and provides a mixture of sports facilities. Externally there is a public square which acts as a breakout area for the office complex.
