Whether you’re looking to get ahead and expand your knowledge, gain some valuable work experience or you’re interested in or starting a T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning, Management and Administration, or one of a number of other T Level courses, we have some great options for you.
If you’re heading towards your GCSEs or already completed them and you’re passionate about the construction industry, a T-Level is a great option.
Here at Bowmer + Kirkland we support T Level students on a regular basis across numerous jobs and sectors, we have strong connections with schools and colleges across the UK. If you are placed with us we will provide a full programme of activities and a mentor to make sure you get the very best experience. Once completed you will receive a reference from Bowmer + Kirkland and brilliant on-the-job experience to carry through to the next step in your career.

Our Virtual Work Experience programme is delivered through online learning platform Springpod so you can take part at home, at school or anywhere you like. It can be accessed free of charge and at a time that suits you.
The Bowmer + Kirkland Work Experience is a brilliant introduction to the construction industry and to our business. The course is broken down into a series of modules where you will learn about the different stages of a construction project and hear from the people that make the projects happen, from our current degree apprentices, past T Level students and staff that have been with us for 20 years or more, each will tell you about their job and the skills that will help you stand out in the industry.
Once you have completed the course you will receive a certificate that can be added to your record of achievement and your professional CV.
