Site Managers directs daily operations on site, assigns tasks, ensures discipline and communicates on the progress of a project
A QS manages project costs, assigns budgets, plans resources, creates contracts/reports and gives advice on finances.
The Design Manager oversees the design process of projects, ensuring designs are accurate, achievable and meet project requirements.
A Site Engineer ensures the project is executed according to the design, specifications and safety regulations, whist coordinating resources.
Project Managers ensure operational excellence, overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from planning to completion, working to deadlines, staying within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Health and Safety personnel maintain a safe working environment for everyone by identifying potential hazards and risks, they implement safety precautions, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
We have been signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant Since 2019 and recognise the value that ex-forces personnel bring to our business.
Our current team includes regulars, veterans, reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers and we actively encourage ex-service personnel or those currently serving in some capacity to apply for roles within the Bowmer + Kirkland Group.
